Keys to mental health

One of the things we’ve noticed about society in general, especially the larger cosmopolitan cities of the world. Is that media has plagued the air ways with negative news. Every single day we hear of something more and more horrible taking place in life. Why is that?

Why do these large corporate conglomerates make consistent efforts to produce negative news? The answer to this question is rather interesting. You see the human mind is a very very powerful mechanism. The individuals who are in charge of these networks know this to be true and as a result, use the media to influence the masses into a particular mindset, so as to continue the so called ”agenda”.

Video games, movies, music are all saturated with subtle negative insidious themes. Check it out for yourself! What video games are the most popular? The ones that portray extreme violence. What movies are the most popular? The ones that have killing and murder and mayhem as a theme.

This is tactical! You see the more the human mind begins to accept negative to be the norm, the more it is weakened and easily subdued. Control is the key! So as to keep people seduced and perpetually dependant upon the system. One of the most important keys to mental health is simply to turn off the news, turn off the television and turn on your imagination. Stop allowing negative things to be entertained and start allowing positive optimistic things such as good positive music with good vibes and optimistic messages to fill the atmosphere of our life.

Start looking for inspiring programs and movies to saturate your mind so as to stimulate your imagination to strengthen your resolve in becoming the best version of your self. Try it for a few days and observe how you begin to think and feel. You’ll notice something magical will start to begin to happen!.
